Shipping

Deliveries are handled through Pronto Lanka (Pvt) Limited, our well-experienced courier partner, ensuring that you receive the products with the least hassle possible.

Delivery Timeframes: Colombo 1 – 15 and immediate suburbs (1-2 Working Days), Greater than Colombo (4-5 Working days). Please note that processing times are not calculated into the delivery times. *Kindly note that customized orders take 4-6 days for completion

Delivery Charges: Applicable based on the location of delivery.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the delivery address is correct as we will not hold responsibility for the delivery of items to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Immediate Deliveries: Can be arranged via a 3rd Party courier, and 3rd Party courier charges will be borne by the customer.

Order Verification: All orders are accounted for and photographed before dispatch to ensure NO fraudulent claims are entertained. Legitimate missing claims will be fulfilled promptly.

The payment should be made to the delivery personnel once you receive your order
