Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 3 days from the date of purchase.

Returns will be carefully assessed before further actions are taken. Items returned should be in original factory condition with seals/tags or any other accessories attached. In the case of a return/exchange, promotional items must be returned in original condition. Change of mind returns are NOT accepted. You will be notified of the reception of the returned items by us via email. Items purchased on sale can only be refunded, not exchanged. **Pls note that customized orders are not eligible for exchanges & returns.

Exchanges

We highly recommend following our size chart carefully before choosing your size and making an order.

All returns and exchanges are accepted within 03 days of receiving the item. Products when returned should be in original condition, with all tags attached. Products that are not in original condition, and with no tags, and customized orders will NOT be accepted. If your product does not fit you, you may initiate an exchange within 03 days of purchase. Items purchased on sale can only be exchanged. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include products purchased when on sale/promotions and customized orders.

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
